Booking Policy:
Booking would be confirmed only after your confirmation mail and
- 1st part Payment - 30% Advance at the time of confirmation.
- 2nd Part Payment - 70% before 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% Refund if cancelled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
- No refund, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
- In case of any date change rate difference charges if any.
- Rates are Inclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST shall be charged as per applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
Notes:
- Organiser reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
- In case of cancellations, Pre booked safari charges, entry fees, Forex charges, applicable govt taxes, remittance charges and forex rate difference will be borne by guests from the refund amount.
Terms & Conditions
- All rates are Inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
- In case of any cancellation of flight / train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.
- The voucher issued in respect of the package is to be furnished compulsorily along with a government-approved, valid Photo ID Proof and for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish a valid passport and Visa. (Pan card will not be accepted as a valid Photo ID.)
- In case of late arrival at, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
- In case of early arrival, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge till the availability of the Room.
- Certain Adventure Sports Activities like Paramotoring, All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), etc. are provided by various specialised operators but Guests should understand and acknowledge the physical and mental risks involved with the activities. These adventure sports are inherently dangerous and represent extreme tests of a person’s physical and mental conditions. Activities involve risks which may include, without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury, sickness and diseases, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life, loss of or damage to equipment/property, and accidents. The Adventure Sports Operators may ask the guests to sign an indemnity in favour of the operator for doing such activities. Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the activities and services provided by the operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions (including negligence) of those operators. We Compass Tourism, in no way, could be made responsible for any injuries or accidents to anybody doing these activities. The guest is required to understand the associated risks and competencies of the operators before undertaking these activities.
- Regarding the services provided by sub suppliers at, such as rejuvenation centre, travel desk, adventure sports, and Haat area, shopping is the sole discretion of the guest. However, we assume no responsibility for the services and activities of the above-mentioned operators.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guests present in the vehicles.
- Any change in the guest/guests’ names would be treated as a cancellation (Only if any hotel/resort has this policy) and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated. For any amendments/changes, kindly email us dmc@compasstourism.com
- Any incidental, personal and other expenses and costs of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops, chargers or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
- This is an indicative itinerary and subject to change depending upon circumstances is at the sole discretion of management.
- Guests have to follow the house rules of property and applicable laws of the land.
- Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government event/meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In such a case, alternative dates can be set for your accommodation booking and the management is not liable for any transportation/travel expenses.
- No pets are allowed during this package tour.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, if we need to cancel the package due to government guidelines/rules, we would set alternative dates for your accommodation booking and we are not liable for any transportation/travel expenses.
- If any guest is having any Covid symptoms during his/her tour, we will transfer them to Isolation Center and medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation /hospitalisation, we will guide the guest to the nearest hospital.
- Any dispute arising in the above-mentioned terms and conditions is subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
