Renowned as a great textile and commercial center and as the Manchester of India, Ahmedabad is today the second largest prosperous and thriving city in western India.

Upon arrival Meet and greet by our representatives at the airport. A formal introduction of the trip will be followed by the check in procedure at the hotel.

In the evening, a captivating exploration awaits as we venture into the old city of Ahmedabad, the narrow lanes, bustling markets, and ancient structures which hold tales of the city's rich past.

Embark on a unique morning journey as we explore Ahmedabad on the wheels of an Auto Rickshaw. Our day begins with the sacred Jagannath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shree Krishna, where we can witness Hindu rituals. A short drive takes us to the vibrant wholesale flower market, bustling with trade from 4 AM to 8 AM. Moving forward, we visit the Saptrishi crematorium, gaining insights into Hindu cremation rituals based on Hindu Vedas performed for the salvation and sacred journey to heaven of the deceased. Leaving the local bustle behind, we cycle along the serene Sabarmati Riverfront.

The journey continues with an enriching Ahmedabad City Tour, highlighting the revered Gandhi Ashram along the peaceful stretch of the Sabarmati River. Once the nerve center of India's freedom movement, this Satyagraha Ashram witnessed the historic Dandi March in 1930, led by Mahatma Gandhi to protest against the British-imposed Salt Tax. Hridaya Kunj, Gandhi's simple living quarters, stands as a national monument, preserved in its original state. Following this, we embark on a drive to the exquisite Adalaj step well—a masterpiece of Hindu and Islamic architecture.

Submerged in silt and sand due to 13th-century floods, it was rediscovered in the 1960s by the Archaeological Survey of India, revealing over 500 pristine god sculptures.
